I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with nice amenities and incredibly cozy beds. While it was a bit warm when we arrived due to the sun streaming in, the overall room experience was fantastic. The service was friendly and helpful, especially at the restaurant downstairs where my friend interacted with the receptionist. The buffet breakfast was a delightful start to the day. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center, and the drinks voucher was a nice touch, although the beer selection could be improved. The dining experience was average, with just okay food noted for lacking flavor. Overall, a great stay with lovely facilities.
